The project's scope is the conduction of applied research in the area of voice ticketing with the aim to develop a voice ticketing product
capable to improve an information and ticket reservation service. The system will be developed based on Automated Speech Recognition (ASR)
and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies. It will be a truly innovative solution since it will operate only through voice commands. Potential application areas include
the tourism industry, transportation, the culture and entertainment industries.
