Description

The emergence of mobile and wireless technologies, followed by the saturation of mobile phone usage for voice purposes have resulted in the development of a new market, regarding applications and services over the mobile or wireless device. However the rapid development compined with the uncertainty of future developments makes strategic decisions in the market not an easy task. This becomes even more difficult when having to take into consideration the strategic decisions of other players, that are acting or entering the market.
  • The focus of this research is to analyze the factors affecting the competitive decisions of key players in mobile business market and examine possible strategic mistakes that this may lead to.
