Dr. IOANNA CONSTANTIOU is an economist. In 1996 she graduated from the Department of International and European Economic Studies of Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). In 1997 she received her MSc. from AUEB in International and European Economic Studies, majoring in International Banking and Finance. Currently she has received a PhD at AUEB on pricing policies of Internet From 1997 to 1998 she worked at the Hellenic Centre for Investment (ELKE) in the department of Research and Analysis. She was evaluator of investment proposals for the Ministry of National Economy, under the Law 1892 and 2234. She was responsible for investments Feasibility Studies. She was also involved in market analysis. From October 1998 to March 1999 she worked as a researcher in Brussels in European Commission, Directorate General III, in ESPRIT Programme. She was involved in socio-economic impact assessment of Information Technologies and Electronic Commerce. Currently she works as a research officer at eLTRUN and is involved in socio-economic impact assessment of Electronic Commerce and Digital Economy, as research officer of our EU project MOBICOM.
