Mr. VASSILIS KARAMANIS was born in Athens at 1977. He is a graduate of the department of Informatics in Athens University of Business and Economics. He has a Certificate of Proficiency in English as well as a Certificate of D.E.L.F in French. His research interests are on the e-learning field and in particular in Instructional Design and Learning Objects Theory. He is currently working as a research assistant in ISTLab/OIS.
