Summary

Ioanna Talanti is a PhD candidate in the Department of Management Science and Technology at the Athens University of Economics and Business. She holds a first degree in Management Science and Technology (Specialization: Information Systems Management) (AUEB, Greece) and an MSc degree in Technology Education and Digital Systems (Specialization in e-Learning) (University of Piraeus, Greece). She has worked as an instructor of employees at the Marketing Department of Papasotiriou S.A. and as a research assistant for the e-business research team ELTRUN at AUEB. She is now a member of ISTLab/OIS research group and she has participated in various research projects. Her research interests are on the e-learning field as well as on the Human Resource Information Systems.
