Summary

Dr. Spiros Borotis is a researcher in the Athens University of Economics and Business, at the Department of Management Science and Technology. He was born in Athens, Greece, in 1976. He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics (University of Patras), and an M.Sc. in Information Systems (Athens University of Economics and Business). He is a member of ISTLab/OIS, and has been involved in various research and development projects. His current research interests focus in the identification of training needs, e-Learning strategies, Human Resource Development, and Information Systems.
